由於美麗華鄉村俱樂部之飯店已因疫情之故關閉三年，因此本次賽事將由我們負責統一訂房。

Due to Covid-19, the Hotel in Miramar Golf Country Club has been closed for the past three years.
The hotel has undergone a process of reorganizing operations to ensure that our guests have a comfortable stay during their time at the tournament.
The International Guest Coordinator will assist with booking accommodations for international players. Once your tournament entry has been approved and you request assistance with booking accommodation, we will contact you via email.

本賽事美麗華提供三個房型，均含早餐：
Miramar provides three room types for this event: Double Room, Triple Room, and Quad Suite.
All room types include breakfast.

三人套房為二人套房加一床。
The Triple Room is an extension of the Double Room, with an additional bed added to accommodate a third person.

我們了解參賽選手可能因各種原因需要退出比賽。
為確保公平和透明的流程，我們制定了以下的退款政策：
請假方式：以報名時填寫之Email發出請假通知至hjo@tiga.com.tw
退款規定：
1) 報名截止日(2023/7/17)前請假，全額退費(扣除國內轉帳手續費)。
2) 2023/7/18~30期間請假，扣除行政費用NTD100。
3) 2023/7/31~8/6期間請假，扣除行政費用NTD500。
4) 2023/8/6以後請假，不予以退款。
We understand that circumstances may arise where participants need to withdraw from the junior golf tournament.
To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following refund policy:
Withdrawal before July 24, 2023:
Participants who withdraw before July 24, 2023, will be eligible for a refund of their entry fee, with a deduction of USD 30.
Withdrawal before July 31, 2023:
Participants who withdraw between July 25 and July 31, 2023, will be eligible for a refund of their entry fee, with a deduction of USD 50.4
Withdrawal before August 7, 2023:
Participants who withdraw between August 1 and August 7, 2023, will be eligible for a refund of their entry fee, with a deduction of USD 80.
Please note the following important information regarding refunds:
Refund requests must be made in writing via email or a formal letter to the tournament organizers. The refund amount will be issued to the original payment method used during registration. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the withdrawal request.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as cancellation of the tournament or force majeure events, a full or partial refund may be provided at the discretion of the tournament organizers. Any bank or processing fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We highly recommend that participants carefully consider their availability and commitment before registering for the tournament to avoid any inconveniences or potential financial loss. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact our tournament organizers at hjo@tiga.com.tw.
